Natto Powder Local Standard

In July 2019, SungenBio successfully promoted the "Guangdong Province Food Safety Local Standard (Natto Powder)" (DBS 44/013-2019). Nattokinase activity was taken as a main physical and chemical index for testing the qualified standard of Nattokinase powder,and Ultraviolet spectrophotometry and agar-fibrin plate assay were taken as standard methods for accurately measuring nattokinase activity. In the future, SungenBio will continue to promote the development of national standards for natto powder and lead the standardized development of industry.
